Check the yellow pages under Pet Grooming & Washing for groomers in you neighborhood. You should be able to communicate with the groomer giving him or her instructions on what you want done.
Important questions the groomer should ask you are: Does your animal have any lumps bumps or moles on his or her body that should be watched for? Has your animal ever been allergic to any shampoos or cream rinses in the past? Does your animal have a current vaccine certificate? While your animal is perfectly healthy, you are exposing him or her to other animals who may be at the groomers at the same time. Although government legislation is not in place in Ontario, preferable the groomer should be certified and the certificate displayed on the premises. Finally check for cleanliness where the animals are groomed. If it's not well maintained, chances are your animal won't be either.
