Crye-Leike Realtors, the nation's 6th largest real estate company and largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, achieved record January sales despite reports of a real estate sales dip in the local Middle Tennessee market. January sales for Crye-Leike, Middle Tennessee was up 24% with 494 closed transactions, a January record of $98,775,00 for the company. The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) reports that overall, local Middle Tennessee markets were down 3.4% in January 2007 with 2,371 closings. Our agents are working smart for their buyers and sellers and they are proving it by getting this year off to a great start."
