Frontier Adjusters Kicks Off Franchisee Cooperative Program

Frontier Adjusters� is launching a new Franchisee Cooperative Program to unify its franchisees on a regional basis and standardize pricing, service and reporting for customers in the respective areas. An elected Council of franchisees will assist in implementing the program's initiatives within 10 defined regions across the United States. "Increased consistency across our franchised offices gives Frontier an even greater competitive advantage in the industry," stated Chuck Mozingo, National Marketing Director. "Our aim is to ensure clients receive a uniform, positive experience when working with Frontier franchisees, from assignment acknowledgement through billing." As the regional Cooperatives are formed, Frontier clients in the region receive postcards with maps of Frontier's local office locations and toll-free central contact numbers for dispatching claims. Each region also has a special website to inform customers of the service standards and pricing guidelines adhered to within the region.

In addition to assisting with the Cooperative efforts, Council members serve as the voice for all franchisees in the region, to communicate ideas for improvements and provide feedback to the Home Office. "Channeling input from our franchisees and transforming that into actionable initiatives are also invaluable functions of the Council," stated Mozingo.
