Local Destinations Now Offer Skyline Exclusively

Two local attractions that boast more than a million visitors annually to Greater Cincinnati have named local favorite, Skyline Chili, as their chili of choice. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and the Duke Energy Center announced that Skyline Chili will be served exclusively at each of their locations. Marked by its secret recipe and long local history, Skyline Chili has become synonymous with Queen City cuisine. In today's announcement, Skyline partners with two of the city's most successful and widely recognized institutions. "Offering the best in ‘Cincinnati-style' chili to local families while they enjoy our city's world class zoo and brand new convention center is a point of great pride for us," says Tom Allen, corporate vice-president for Skyline Chili. "Skyline Chili is very excited about both venues as they will both serve thousands of tri-state residents as well as visitors from throughout the region." The partnerships mean that zoo patrons and convention attendees will be able to buy Skyline's signature Cheese Coneys while attending these venues. "The Cincinnati Zoo provides area residents and visitors with the best animal exhibits, gardens, events and education programs," says Tia Kuchik, marketing manager at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, "and we are proud to offer our guests the very best in signature Cincinnati cuisine, too." Both venues recognize their entertainment value to local residents and visitors, alike. However, it is clearly their role as ambassadors for the region that makes their work so rewarding. "Knowing that many of the people who come to the Duke Energy Convention Center are visiting from out of town," says Jay Smith, director of food service at Duke Energy Center, "we believe it is -morePage 2 of 2 a great opportunity for us to provide visitors with an unparalleled Cincinnati experience, which now may include their very first ‘Skyline Cheese Coney' while attending a conference or special event downtown." Skyline Chili partners with many local institutions and attractions making its uniquely popular secret recipe chili products available at venues throughout the tri-state area. # # # About Skyline Chili In 1949, Nicholas Lambrinides began serving his delicious secret recipes to appreciative customers.
