New Billboard Connection Franchise Opens In Tampa

Billboard Connection, a home-based media agency specializing in outdoor advertising, has a new franchise at 9350 Bay Plaza Blvd., Suite 120, under the ownership of local resident Randy Smith.

Before becoming a franchise owner, Smith was a business owner for many years owning both retail and commercially based type businesses and later worked as an entrepreneur in the fields of mortgage banking and real estate.
