KILKENNY | Thursday, June 19, 2008
Carla originally from California decided to emigrate to Ireland five years ago. She says: "In California, we had such a variety of fresh, great value, delicious food if we weren't in the mood to cook.
"When I moved to Ireland it seemed that all of my friends were torn between two types of guilt if they took a night off from cooking, either financial guilt, for expensive fresh food or nutritional guilt, from inexpensive deep-fried food. Extreme Pizza is the ultimate fresh food solution for people- a true affordable luxury." Extreme Pizza was founded in 1994 in San Francisco, its outlets offer customers the choice to eat in, takeaway, buy by the slice or purchase a raw pizza to cook in the comfort of their own homes. The Kilkenny franchise will use pork, steak and bread rolls sourced from local businesses and is open from 12pm-10pm seven days a week.
