Noodles Development, LP today announced the opening of its 19th Nothing but Noodles restaurant in Dewitt, New York. The opening marks the third of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next eight months.

"New York has proven to be a good market for us, as our restaurants in both Latham and Clifton Park do very well,"� said President Todd Welker. "We have been very anxious for the Dewitt location to open its doors and can"�t wait to celebrate its success."� Fresh Concept Group, LLC, a Syracuse, NY-based company, recently purchased the developmental rights to the Syracuse and Rochester territories. Patrick Hummel and his partners plan to sell the rights for the remaining targeted areas within each region through franchise partnerships with other investment groups, allowing for a total of ten to twelve restaurants in the two regions combined over the next few years.
