Axispointe Sells Homeworx Franchise In San Antonio

AxisPointe Inc., a company that specializes in outsourced post-construction customer service, said Monday that the company has sold 11 HomeWorx franchises throughout the country, including one in San Antonio.

AxisPointe is the parent company of HomeWorx Franchising LLC. These franchises work with residential homebuilders in individual markets to offer customer service and warranty resolution services following the construction of a home. This allows builders to focus on their core business, while potentially reducing overall operating costs, company officials say.

"The current climate in the building industry creates an ideal business opportunity for people to utilize their skills and knowledge to grow their own franchise," says Frank Tate, AxisPointe's vice president over the Franchise Division.

AxisPointe's services include customized closing manuals, buyer orientation and walk-through, warranty callback processing, service ticketing, work order management and other warranty-related items.

The company is planning on opening HomeWorx offices in every major metropolitan city throughout the United States by 2010. AxisPointe is based in Salt Lake City.
