Play It Again Franchise Receives Gold Standard

Cornwall's Play It Again Sports store recently was awarded the "Gold Standard" following an evaluation of all franchise outlets.

The Gold Standard is reached when a store achieves a set of standards set forth by the franchisor during the evaluation process. The Ninth Street store achieved the customer satisfaction, store operations and product quality standards to earn the recognition.

"Being recognized as a 'Gold Standard' store is a very significant accomplishment, but even more, it means these stores are succeeding in providing their customers the best shopping experience possible," said Pat Quinn, director of Play it Again Sports.

"Portraying a standardized look and maintaining product quality standards helps ensure a consistent brand appearance, which in turn contributes to a more positive shopping experience. By reaching the 'Gold Standard,' we're helping create an identity that customers recognize and value." Play It Again Sports has nearly 400 locations in North America, and all stores are individually owned and operated. The Cornwall location is owned by Claude Laroche.
