Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Adds Five New Franchise Offices To Its Growing Roster

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, continued its nation-wide growth in July and August with the addition of several new affiliates and the expansion of an existing franchise. In total, five new offices joined the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates roster, which now serves over 330 markets in 36 states.

In welcoming the new affiliates, Martin J. New affiliates that joined the Weichert network include: * WEICHERT, REALTORS - Joe Orr & Associates, Tullahoma, Tenn.; Serving Tullahoma for 23 years, this company is owned by Broker Joe Orr.

* WEICHERT, REALTORS - The Realty Group, Inc., Sudbury, Mass.; Weichert's newest New England franchise is owned by Broker Carole Santagata.

* WEICHERT, REALTORS - ProSouth, Florence, Ala.; John Rusevlyan and Duane and Eugene Sak are the owners of Weichert's new affiliate in the Yellowhammer State.

* WEICHERT, REALTORS - Welcome Home, Raleigh, N.C.; Continuing Weichert's expansion in the South, this company is owned by Jim and Faye Wilson.

In addition to these new offices, existing affiliate WEICHERT, REALTORS - Unique Homes, owned by Tim Davis with Brokers Monika B. Newman and Frank H. Shoptaugh, added a new branch office. Located in Colorado Springs, Colo., the new office is named WEICHERT, REALTORS - Pikes Peak Group. Also, Kathleen Rebhan, broker/owner of WEICHERT, REALTORS - Rebhan & Associates located in Charlotte, N.C., announced the company's expansion with a new office in Statesville, N.C.
