SCA Tissue (www.scatissue.com) is providing all Good Earth cafes with napkins, bathroom tissue and towels as well as hand soap. By purchasing SCA's napkins (7242 lbs), Good Earth has saved 25,347 gallons of water, 10.86 cubic yards of landfill space, 14,484 kilowatts of energy, 9,044 BTUs of energy, 1,375,98 gallons of oil, 217.26 lbs of air pollutants and 61,56 trees, thus reducing our environmental footprint. In-cafe advertising encourages customers to do their part and only take what they need to use.
