Country Place Living Awards Franchise In South Dakota

Country Place Living, a Texas-based senior living development company that began in Wichita, has awarded its first franchise in South Dakata.

A year ago, Country Place, which operates assisted living facilities in Kansas and whose corporate training operations is mostly based in Wichita, announced plans to expand through franchising its smaller, home-like assisted-living sites. This is its second rural franchise license.

Officials said they awarded the franchise to Lezlie Snoozy-Kaitfors and Misty Meyer to open a Country Place Senior Living residence in Belle Fourche, S.D.
