The building they have just moved to was originally owned by Sound Attenuators who ceased trading around 6 years ago. The premises were bought by a developer who converted them into 50 units ranging from 850 sq ft to 1200 sq ft. Refurbished to a high standard they are now available for purchase as individual units and some have been bought by investors who rent them out.
