Nothing But Noodles Celebrates Its 4th Anniversary

The Nothing but Noodles restaurant in Kennewick, WA, opened its doors for business on March 14, 2005 to a long line of curious and hungry guests. Four years later, despite the economic downturn, a line still exists.

Owners Jim and Mary Sue Hui were certain they wanted to open a business together; it was just a matter of deciding what and when. After researching several concepts, Jim and Mary Sue came to the conclusion that a Nothing but Noodles restaurant would be perfect for them. While the Hui's did have several years of experience in the food industry prior to opening, they relied heavily on the knowledge of their daughter, Niki, who is now the Kitchen Manager and a tremendous driving force behind the business. Mary Sue left 15 years in the eye care industry and is now the General Manager.

"Our endeavor has been both challenging and rewarding, and it's really the continued support we receive from our many loyal customers as well as new ones that makes it all worthwhile," says Mary Sue. "We hope to continue bringing great fresh food to the Tri-Cities and look forward to the next four years being even better than the first!" Mr. and Mrs. Hui recognize that one of the main reasons they are still in business is due to the great support and following they have received from members of their local community. In celebration of their Four Year Anniversary, Nothing but Noodles will be offering free cake, $4 noodle bowls, "mystery money" gift cards, door prizes and much more to its guests on Tuesday, March 17th. The general public is invited to attend.

Based out of Scottsdale, AZ, Nothing but Noodles is the fresh alternative to fast casual dining, offering global taste selections from Asian Pad Thai and Beef Stroganoff to a variety of pan-seared soups, hand-tossed salads, and delectable desserts.
