Homebuilder Franchise Opens In Elk Grove

A new franchise from custom homebuilder G.J. Gardner Homes will open in Elk Grove this week to serve the city, south Sacramento and other areas, the company announced Tuesday. The G.J. Gardner model offers an alternative to tract homes and claims it can compete favorably on pricing with other custom builders while still offering several floor plans and materials.

The new office is owned by Dennis Hendricks.

G. J. Gardner franchises are owned and operated by local licensed custom homebuilders. The other regional franchise is located in Auburn.

A grand opening event is planned April 7th at 3:30 p.m. at the office, 9065 East Stockton Ave. in Elk Grove.
