easyhome Makes Personnel Moves, Including Naming Vice President Of Franchising

Rent-to-own merchant Easyhome has promoted two key executives and added two more to its ranks in the past year.

Promoted was Charley Hamill to senior vice president of leasing operations and Jason Mullins to senior vice president of services operations for its Easyfinancial division.

Sean Taylor, who joined Easyhome in July, is vice president of franchising and Heather Santamaria came on board in December as vice president of risk management.

David Ingram, Easyhome president and CEO, said that Hamill, who previously was divisional vice president, helped achieve improvements in cost containment, cash collection execution, and inventory management that allowed the leasing division to make solid earnings improvements in 2010. Before joining Easyhome in January 2008, he spent 14 years with Rent-A-Center USA.

Previously vice president of operations and new business development, Mullins now will be in charge of the operations, product development and growth of Easyfinancial. Before joining Easyhome in August 2010, he spent 10 years in the financial services field.

Taylor is vice president of franchising, he is responsible for developing key strategies and processes to increase the growth of the Easyhome franchise business, supporting services and franchisee relationships. For 19 years before joining the company, he was director of operations for Yum Restaurants International, the Canadian operator of the KFC and Taco Bell fast food franchises.

As vice president of risk management, Santamaria is responsible for developing risk management strategies and procedures. Prior to joining Easyhome, she held executive roles managing risk and operations at Home Trust Co. and President's Choice Financial.
