'Undercover Boss': Baja Fresh C E O Gives A Free Franchise

On 'Undercover Boss' (Sun., 9PM ET on CBS), CEO David Kim donned a fake goatee/soul patch to work at a few Baja Fresh Mexican Grill franchises. He was struck by the kindness of general manager Jose in Las Vegas -- so much so that Kim wanted to mentor him as a franchise owner.

"I want to let you know that I'm going to give you your very own franchise," he told Jose after revealing his true identity. "That's worth $50,000. You're going to be the youngest franchisee in our Baja system." Jose began to weep with happiness. The CEO added, "Thank you for not firing me that day."
