Pmd Furniture Direct, Inc. Adds Two New Stores To Its Growing Roster

PMD Furniture Direct, Inc. (PMD) today announced the opening of two new stores, one in St. Louis and the other in Dallas. The company started offering franchises in late 2009 and rapidly grew to 25 stores. As part of its goal to expand into the Midwest, PMD awarded franchises to Bob Hardy in St. Louis and Pam Waleri in Dallas.

Both Pam and Bob participated in PMD's comprehensive pre-opening program before opening their stores earlier this year. PMD's experienced trainers were on-hand as the new stores prepared to open and on opening day. PMD's exclusive training program includes special training throughout the new store's first year of operation in additional to the weekly training sessions offered to all stores. PMD has enjoyed a successful launch of its franchise concept and looks forward to expanding into the Midwest. Both stores opened earlier this year and are filling two growing markets for PMD.
