The ranking is released every other year by REALTOR Magazine as part of their Comparison of Residential Real Estate Franchises. This report compares number of sales associates and brokers; number of offices; target area; franchise programs; total investment; and other factors. This ranking combines the office count of each company's controlled real estate brands.
Also this year, United Country Real Estate was once again named one of the top military friendly franchises by G.I. Jobs in their recently released 2011 Military Friendly Franchise list. The list was compiled through extensive research including polls of thousands of franchises nationwide and precisely developed methodology and criteria, which revealed the top franchises for America's veterans.
