Maid-rite Diners Seeks Owners For Oklahoma City Franchise Locations

Maid-Rite Corp. is looking for a few good restaurant owners in Oklahoma City.

The company chose Oklahoma City as a target city to open franchisee owned and operated Maid-Rite Diners. Maid-Rite, based in Des Moines, Iowa, is known for its loose meat sandwiches and also serves Blue Bunny malts and shakes and homemade pies.

Maid-Rite was founded in the 1920s and the restaurants can be found throughout the Midwest, in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin.

Total startup for a Maid-Rite franchise is about $175,000 to $250,000, the company said.
