Marriott Unveils Website Section For Restaurants

Marriott International has launched a section of its website specifically for its restaurants and bars, as the hotel company looks to boost business for restaurant partners while giving a nod to the company's food and beverage roots.

Marriott's Restaurant & Bar Showcase includes features such as a link to online reservation service OpenTable, links to the restaurants"� individual websites and lists of drink recipes.

Among the restaurants highlighted are 606 Congress at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, Kabuki at the JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, and Soleil@K at the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter.

Marriott was founded in 1927 as a 14-seat root beer stand in Washington, D.C.
