Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, the quick-casual fresh Mexican chain, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its Frederick, MD restaurant conveniently located at 5595 Spectrum Drive (301) 378-0909. The restaurant is operated by Jamshed Shah who brings years of restaurant experience to Baja Fresh. Shah stated, "During construction hundreds of customers stopped by to find out when Baja Fresh will open. I'm very excited about offering Frederick residents with a friendly atmosphere and a choice of healthy Mexican food options." The 2,616 square foot restaurant encompasses Baja Fresh's latest contemporary restaurant design with warm colors and an accommodating seating plan located a short distance from the FSK Mall.

The Baja Fresh "made to order" menu allows guests to customize their Baja Fresh favorites including their signature Baja Burrito made with fresh handmade guacamole and pico de gallo. The customizable menu provides a choice of fire-grilled chicken, all natural steak, lean pork carnitas, lime-garlic shrimp, fire-grilled or crispy Wahoo and farm fresh, grilled veggies. All menu items are prepared with always fresh ingredients.
