Louisville Interstate All Battery Center Celebrates Grand Opening With Charity Event For Supporting Heroes

The Interstate All Battery Center in Louisville, KY, celebrates its grand opening on Friday, August 10 from 11a-6p at its store located at 1831 Blakenbaker Parkway. In addition to traditional store grand opening activities on Friday, franchisee Mike Sawyer has teamed up with Cox Media group to host a community-focused "Heroes Supporting Heroes Family Festival" on Saturday, August 11, from 11a-3p at the Ashley Furniture parking lot off Blakenbaker Parkway.

Supporting Heroes is a Kentucky based non-profit organization that provides support for families of those civil servants - Fire, Police, EMS - that have fallen in the line of duty. The "Heroes Supporting Heroes Family Festival" on Saturday, August 11 provides a great opportunity for people to connect with their local heroes in fun ways. There will be activities, demonstrations from K9 and Mounted Patrol, and displays representing each branch: Fire, Police, and EMS. There will be cool stuff for the whole family like bouncy houses, games, food, giveaways, and music.
