Capriotti's Sandwich Shop announces their newest expansion that will bring award-winning flavor to the greater Houston area with three restaurants in Fort Bend County. The first of the three restaurants is expected to open in the first quarter of 2013.

As Delaware natives, Houston franchisee, Bryan Burnett and his wife, JoAnn grew up eating Capriotti's and share a longtime love of the shop's award-winning sandwiches. Burnett and his wife have 30 years of ownership experience in the retail industry in Houston. Burnett was drawn to the company's unparalleled subs and consistent quality of service.
