Some Highlights From Our Most Recent Franchise Owners Meeting

On November 16, 2012, Freedom Franchise Inc. held its 6th annual Freedom Lawns owners meeting at the Hilton Riverfront in historic downtown Wilmington, NC.

The meeting included information on the 2013 Freedom Lawns marketing campaign, new products, website development updates, controlling cost in 2013, and many more updates.

Our guest speaker was Jane Hight McMurry, nationally known author of several books on effective communication in the business world and accomplished speaker. Jane's delighted our franchise owners with her "Ticket to Ride" presentation which uses the success of the world's most popular musical group of all time, The Beatles, to illustrate how to sell yourself to grow your Freedom Lawns business! Many awards were presented throughout the day. Franchise owners received 5 & 6 years Freedom lawns service awards as they were recognized for outstanding representation of the Freedom Lawns brand in their markets.

Other honors were presented to: Freedom Lawns of Georgetown, South Carolina Wesley DuRant 2012 Growth Leader Freedom Lawns of Pitt County, North Carolina Andy & Penny Dixon 2012 Customer Service Award Freedom Lawns of New Hanover County, North Carolina Brian Bostick & Watson Barnes 2012 Freedom Lawns Franchise of the Year The owners all enjoyed sharing their lawn care experiences and exchanging ideas during the day which also included a delicious lunch.
