Two Maids & A Mop Set To Open Its First Franchised Location In Tampa

Jaime and Wes Kulaga had always wanted to build a fast growing, profitable house cleaning business. Two years ago, they acted on their dream and opened Collegiate Cleaning of Tampa. The business had some early success but experienced a few growing pains along the way.

These guys have experienced just about everything and have provided us with tremendous support. Best of all, we can barely keep up with the phones," said Kulaga.

Two Maids & A Mop unique approach to the cleaning industry allows its customers to run the show from start to finish. After each cleaning, customers are asked to provide feedback on a scale from 1-10. The number rating is then used to directly determine an employee's total compensation level.
