Star Wellness Franchise For Employer Wellness Programs Comes To San Antonio

A medical screening and lab services company geared toward helping employers enact wellness programs is opening a franchise in San Antonio.

Star Wellness helps corporations, local governments and school districts implement wellness programs to control or reduce health expenses by improving employees' health. The San Antonio franchise will serve clients in the immediate area, as well as San Marcos, New Braunfels, Kerrville, Del Rio and other cities.

Chad Hierholzer entered a franchise agreement with Star Wellness to open the San Antonio location. His wife, Kelly, a certified registered nurse anesthetist, will be the company's president.

This is Star Wellness' third franchise agreement. The other franchises are in Houston and Amarillo. The company, based in Euless, has launched an expansion initiative and is seeking franchise prospects in major markets throughout Texas and the Southwest.
