Eric Heipel is looking forward to bringing top-quality workmanship and service to the Central Minnesota area through his family's new business, Fresh Coat Painters of Central Minnesota.

Fresh Coat offers professional residential and commercial painting services including interior and exterior painting, wood staining and refinishing, deck staining, and many other services for nearly every protective coating application. They use quality, environmentally safe materials and offer a live 24/7 customer service center, online scheduling and free detailed quotes.

Fresh Coat of Central Minnesota serves the Greater St. Cloud Metro, Alexandria, Monticello, and Northwest Minneapolis suburbs including Maple Grove, Rogers, and Elk River.

"The business model of Fresh Coat really resonated with me and I knew there was demand for what we offer. I wanted to be a business owner, but not a painter, so having a franchise that allows me to focus my time on client care while hiring experienced craftsmen was a perfect opportunity," Heipel said.

The company is owned by Eric and his wife, Annie, but Eric runs the day-to-day operations. The couple has four children "" Edie, Penny, Mary and Charlie. Before opening Fresh Coat Painters, Eric was in business and operations management with a Christian camp and conference center. As part of his job, he oversaw facility development and managed major capital projects.

"In that role, I really developed a love for project management and came to understand that finding good painters is not always easy. There is a need out there for fully insured painters who return telephone calls, do fabulous work and do not leave a mess behind. Our goal is to bring great painters to our clients with the backing of a trustworthy company," Heipel said.

As part of their commitment to customer service, Fresh Coat also offers a 3-3-3 pledge, which means calls will be answered by a live person within three minutes, a quote will be delivered within three days (customer schedule permitting) and the job will be started within three weeks.
