Complete Nutrition Welcomes V P Of Product Strategy

Nutritional retailer, Complete Nutrition, Omaha, NE has named Peter Leighton as vice president of product strategy. In this role, Mr. Leighton will drive new product development and oversee the company's entire line of weight loss, sports nutrition and general health brands.

Mr. Leighton brings to Complete Nutrition more than 30 years of experience in the consumer products, nutraceuticals and biotechnology industries. He has held senior-level marketing positions at leading nutritional companies, including senior vice president of marketing at Weider Nutrition and vice president of marketing and product development at Natrol.

As VP of product strategy, Mr. Leighton will be tasked with leveraging technology, innovation and marketing insight to develop industry-leading nutrition products and building a best-of-class brand portfolio. His comprehensive product strategy will include further developing unique and proprietary nutrition products that will be exclusive to Complete Nutrition customers as well as expanding the company's scope of offerings to drive new customers who are seeking wellness products.
