Roosters Men's Grooming Center Offers Traditional Barbershop Experience In Downtown Cincinnati

The newly opened Roosters Men's Grooming Center (MGC) in downtown Cincinnati recently hosted the store's grand opening celebration. Centrally located in the Third Street lobby of the Great American Tower at Queen City Square, Roosters MGC gives busy professionals the opportunity to schedule appointments for a variety of barber services as early as 7 a.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. on Saturday.

David Ginsburg, president of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc.; Rob Alpern, vice president of Eagle Realty; Lori Holiday, director of membership development for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce and other local officials were among guests who welcomed Roosters MGC's team members and store owners Lisa and Dub Nelson.

During the event, Roosters MGC made a donation of $250 to ArtWorks, a non-profit organization that offers a variety of art programming in Cincinnati. This partnership is one of several made by the Nelsons since they opened their first store in Mason in 2011 and their second in Mariemont in 2013.

"We feel strongly about making a commitment to each of the communities we serve," said Dub Nelson. "Contributing to the arts complements our business. We have an experienced team of hair care professionals who keep up with the most recent trends in hair care products and services."

Customers are invited to relax in the store's oversized leather barber chairs situated in five spacious and semi-private barber stations. Roosters' team of barbers and stylists offer a variety of custom services including precision haircuts and shaves with hot steam towels, deep cleansing facial massages and moisturizing lotions. The store also carries American Crew, Paul Mitchell and Edwin Jagger hair and skin care products for men.

Located in Suite 150 at 301 East Fourth Street, Roosters MGC in Cincinnati is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, and 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday. Walk-ins are always welcome though appointments are recommended by calling 513-421-7642.
