James Thornton joins Cellairis as the vice president of franchise and a member of the executive team, along with Frank Quinn, eastern franchise business director and Sid Fender, western franchise business director. As seasoned retail experts, Thornton and his team aim to stabilize, systematize, and grow the domestic franchise business, support new franchise concept development, enhance communication between the franchisees, insure compliance to the brand, and improve unit economics and Cellairis profitability.
Thornton is a creative senior executive with over 35 years of experience in retail operations with companies such as 7-Eleven, Blockbuster, and Papa John's. He holds 15 years of profit and loss leadership experience in international franchise development and business to consumer environments with global leaders. With previous positions as the regional vice president of Papa John's International and senior vice president of the western region of Blockbuster Inc., Thornton will oversee the strategic direction, expansion, and operation of the franchise department.
Supporting Thornton are Sid Fender, western franchise business director, and Frank Quinn, eastern franchise business director. Fender holds 30 years of operational retail management experience as regional vice president of operations and regional director of operations in both retail auto parts and home movie entertainment, while Quinn has spent the past 30 years in the retail industry, holding senior level operations and marketing positions for well-known companies such as 7-Eleven, Sunoco, and Family Dollar stores. Both men have previously worked with Thornton and are optimistic and eager about this new opportunity to collaborate. Fender and Quinn are tasked with developing relationships with franchises, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance for their respective region.

Shout! cases retail between $39.99-$59.99 and are currently available for the iPhone 5S/5/5C, 4/4s, iPod Touch 5, iPad 2/3, iPad Mini, Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/S5, and Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
Cellairis seeks to improve consumers' in-store experience and increase revenue with added features and new branding materials that include revamped lifestyle images, new messaging, more visible prices, and clearer category visuals and identifiers. Cellairis plans to incorporate these new components in future franchise locations and projects to have virtually the entire system involved by year's end. The initiative, developed in large part to meet consumer demand, will be guided by Thornton and team.
