Fish Window Cleaning Franchise The First In Lancaster County

A Columbia couple has opened the first Fish Window Cleaning franchise in Lancaster County, at 3545 Marietta Ave., Silver Spring.

Quin and Sharon Hartman, who invested $125,000 to $140,000 to open the franchise, began operating the four-employee business Oct. 27.

Quin Hartman most recently was senior logistics manager for Bayer Healthcare. Sharon Hartman is a customer service representative for Lehigh Valley Respiratory Care.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Fish Window Cleaning has more than 250 locations. It serves commercial and residential customers by cleaning windows, gutters, skylights, ceiling fans, mirrors and chandeliers, among other items.
