The donation is part of The Impact Project, an initiative of the Express Employment Professionals philanthropic committee, designed to give back to nonprofits nominated by franchisees among their 725 franchise locations.

Simon Says Give is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that celebrates kids in-need by providing them with birthday parties, school supplies and opportunities for other children to be a part of service projects in Minnesota and expanding globally. The Jefferson Awards Foundation recently recognized Mandi Simon, founder of the Minnesota-based non-profit, as a Globe Changer.
