Sweet Nel's Seeks City Center Flagship Location

Sweet Nel's invites local real estate brokers to present possible locations for the Sweet Nel's Flagship location. It is slated to be in Center City. Possible leased sites should be 2000-3000 square feet in size with at least 25 feet of width. The Sweet Nel's flagship location will feature Nelson's Dutch Farms and Organic ice creams, premises made fresh gelato and a full coffee cafe menu featuring LaColombe Coffee.

The location will offer at least 50 seats with WIFI and power outlets at every table. Construction will include reclaimed wood from buildings in the Philadelphia area.
