Trent Terry renews his commitment to the award-winning, full-service grill and pub franchise
Wings Etc. Inc.,
award-winning, full-service grill and pub franchise, announced today the opening of its 50th location, bringing its unique brand personality and popular food and drink options to a third neighborhood in the greater Lafayette, Indiana area. The newest Wings Etc. is scheduled to open April 18th. The location is owed by Lafayette-native Trent Terry, and is his fourth Wings Etc. franchise location since joining the system in 2010. In addition to his two current Lafayette-area locations, Terry owns and operates a Wings Etc. in nearby Kokomo, Indiana."Trent Terry and his business partner Andy Gutwein continue to demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to the Wings Etc. system, and we are so excited to see them open their fourth location," said Rob Hensmann, CEO of Wings Etc. "The Lafayette market is a perfect fit for our concept and we are encouraged by the continued, growing demand for Wings Etc. in the area and the ways in which Trent and Andy have impacted the region as they help build their business and our brand."Terry, a graduate of Purdue University, opened his first Wings Etc. franchise in West Lafayette after spending most of his career as a traveling business consultant. Although Terry never owned a business or even worked in a restaurant operation prior to opening a Wings Etc. franchise, his experience helping business owners resolve operational issues and increase profitability are skills he has used continuously as he has expanded his investment and continued opening Wings Etc. locations."When I opened my first Wings Etc. I faced a steep learning curve when it came to restaurant and business ownership," said Terry. "However, I quickly learned what incredible backing I'd receive from the Wings Etc. franchise system. While the restaurant business is a challenge, knowing you have continued support and encouragement from the corporate office eases any concerns and keeps you hungry to rapidly grow."
