Communications and marketing company AlphaGraphics of the Lehigh Valley has acquired an AlphaGraphics franchise in New Brunswick, N.J., and will add two employees to its Allentown headquarters.AlphaGraphics co-owner Ilene Stroh said Wednesday in a news release that this marks the second New Jersey franchise it has acquired. She said the first acquisition came from an AlphaGraphics franchisee in Somerset County."Although the New Brunswick territory is larger than Allentown's, we have decided to keep our headquarters in downtown Allentown," Stroh said. "We enjoy being part of the revitalization of downtown Allentown. The business community has been very supportive, and as downtown Allentown continues to grow, we continue to see increased demand for advanced products and services."AlphaGraphics, which employs nine people, occupies 4,053 square feet on the first floor at Three City Center, an office and retail building at 515 Hamilton St. It sells print and visual communications and marketing products to other businesses.
The company operates a design center in the front retail area and a print production facility in the rear of Three City Center, where it has been since 2015. Stroh said it also has sales offices in Somervile and East Brunswick, N.J.
