As a healthier alternative to most alcoholic beverages, ciders are gluten-free and available in a variety of refreshingly crisp flavors like apple, pear, strawberry and mango peach. Just in time for summer gatherings and on-the-go adventures, the ciders are available in growlers poured from a keg, and individual bottles as well.
The cider flavors pair well with Waters Edge Wineries' charcuterie and cheese boards. "We are always looking for ways to introduce our guests to something new, and ciders are a natural expansion for our brand," said Ken Lineberger, president and CEO of Waters Edge Wineries. The new ciders were released in a test run at Waters Edge Winery of Long Beach in California and Urban Pine Winery in Maumee, OH; on the heels of a successful debut in those locations, they are now available at most locations nationwide.
