In 1946, Bill Rosenberg established Industrial Luncheon Services, an organization that conveyed suppers and snacks to specialists in the Boston region. The accomplishment of Industrial Luncheon Services persuaded Rosenberg to begin The Open Kettle, a donut shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
