Our Full Service model is 2500-4000 square feet with a start up cost range between $328K-$617.5K Our New The Original Italian Pie 2GO model is much smaller, requiring 1400-2000 square feet and a start up cost range between $200K-$275K. The franchise units are a scaled down version of the original Bottoms Up, located in upscale retail centers, with a footprint of 3,500-4,200 square feet.
