Technical Training: After successfully completing Executive training, you'll attend a five-day hands-on technical training program where you will learn the production side of the business including estimating and scoping projects, invoicing and billing jobs, and producing the primary services in a real life environment. New owners are normally joined by their newly hired production employees so they can learn the production side together. Sandler Sales Training: You'll also participate in professional sales training provided by Sandler Training, the worldwide leader in sales and sales management training, learning a sales system that helps you build a robust client base.
