Training During pre-opening, you will also complete a comprehensive two-week training curriculum at our corporate headquarters in Huntersville, NC, which is comprised of the following: On-The-Job Training: 20 hours Classroom Training: 98.5 hours Executive Training: Here you will attend a five-day executive training course designed to familiarize you with the AdvantaClean business model and operating platform. You will learn to run and manage the day-to-day business, execute our 90-day B-2-B marketing plan, learn the proprietary system that runs our business and accounting systems, and much more. Technical Training: After successfully completing Executive training, you'll attend a five-day hands-on technical training program where you will learn the production side of the business including estimating and scoping projects, invoicing and billing jobs, and producing the primary services in a real life environment. New owners are normally joined by their newly hired production employees so they can learn the production side together. Sandler Sales Training: You'll also participate in professional sales training provided by Sandler Training, the worldwide leader in sales and sales management training, learning a sales system that helps you build a robust client base. When you launch your business, you'll have a high degree of confidence in your ability to deliver our services professionally. And, in just a few months, you'll be the expert.Initial training is about 2 weeks, both in the classroom and on the job. After that, we help you on-site with your opening.

On Target Maintenance is currently based in Garnerville, NY, a hamlet in Haverstraw, NY, about 20 miles outside of Manhattan. Our company is privately held and locally owned, and we've grown steadily since our founding.

We provide a variety of facility management services that include janitorial services, preventative maintenance for HVAC and mechanical systems, and lighting construction and maintenance. We've earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Our services are available nationwide, and we deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, performance, and accountability 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
