Training | During pre-opening, you will also complete a comprehensive two-week training curriculum at our corporate headquarters in Huntersville, NC, which is comprised of the following: On-The-Job Training: 20 hours Classroom Training: 98.5 hours Executive Training: Here you will attend a five-day executive training course designed to familiarize you with the AdvantaClean business model and operating platform. You will learn to run and manage the day-to-day business, execute our 90-day B-2-B marketing plan, learn the proprietary system that runs our business and accounting systems, and much more. Technical Training: After successfully completing Executive training, you'll attend a five-day hands-on technical training program where you will learn the production side of the business including estimating and scoping projects, invoicing and billing jobs, and producing the primary services in a real life environment. New owners are normally joined by their newly hired production employees so they can learn the production side together. Sandler Sales Training: You'll also participate in professional sales training provided by Sandler Training, the worldwide leader in sales and sales management training, learning a sales system that helps you build a robust client base. When you launch your business, you'll have a high degree of confidence in your ability to deliver our services professionally. This growth coaching includes hiring procedures, delegation, "working on the business rather than in the business," and adding service vehicles and equipment - in short, strategies that lead to success. On-demand technical support: The Home Office is always available for technical production support and can help with any project you come across. Whether you're in your first week of business or five years down the road, you have a team of experts to help with estimating projects, procuring additional staff or equipment, scoping work, production assistance - even in-market management for larger projects. Business management support: If it's a question about accounting or finance, we can help there too. The Home Office provides additional guidance on key aspects of running your business and has created partnerships you can share to save time and money.
