Jim Foley Joins Vanguard Cleaning Systems Master Franchise Support Team

Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Jim Foley as Director, Master Franchise Operations, based in the San Mateo, California office. Jim brings a wealth of experience to Vanguard from his prior career, most recently as Managing Partner of the San Francisco Franchise of California Closets, a $320 million international franchisor of closet systems with 125 franchisees in 6 countries. Prior to his franchise ownership, Jim was the Vice President of Operations of California Closets Corporate where he worked extensively with the systems's franchise owners.
