Bubble Bus Kicks Off Concert

The Alton Municipal Band opened its concert season Thursday night under the stars at Riverview Park in Alton, but tonight there will be a special attraction for the kickoff of the concerts at Haskell Park. The Bubblebus will be at the park from 5:00-6:30pm, and Carolyn Dooley, member of the Friends of Haskell Park, says it's a unique attraction that was a popular part of last year's kickoff.
