Schooley Mitchell issues new Financial Performance Representations (Item 19) for FDD and CDD

Schooley Mitchell has analyzed the annualized billings for all Franchisees that have one year of experience or more. The average actual annual billings for the top half (1 out of 2) of those Franchisees is $354,410 as of January 1, 2016. The average actual annual billings for the top quarter (1 out of 4) of those Franchisees is $612,436 as of January 1, 2016.

Presumably all of our franchisees think they are at least above average "" meaning in the top half. That means they can garner great success if they dedicate themselves to the Schooley Mitchell business. Even more if they are top-quarter performers.

If you have examined our FPR's in the past you will notice that we presented them a little differently in previous years. We used our entire population of Franchisees in the past. However, we have grown quite rapidly at Schooley Mitchell in the past 2 years due to the addition of so many great new Franchisees. While that is a tremendous result overall, it also creates a much bigger population. As a result, with the addition of so many new people that are ramping up, the averages show a downtrend.

That is simply because the denominator is so much larger because of the significantly larger population. Consequently, we wanted to reflect averages based on people that have completed the ramp up period so we could examine their results. As a result, we have illustrated averages of all of our Franchisees that have one year under their belt already. Even in this case, the trend will be somewhat downward because of population growth. However, we feel that these results are very impressive and illustrate clearly that Schooley Mitchell is a business where candidates can be very, very successful.
