Many of the businesses that snagged a spot on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list have not only managed to grow at an exceptional rate but have also found a way to succeed in the cutthroat world of franchising. Below are the top 10 fastest-growing franchisor businesses on this year's Inc. 5000:



10. Renters Warehouse

With 27 locations, this real estate management company hit No. 1227 on Inc.'s 2015 list. Renters Warehouse has a three-year growth rate of 342 percent and 2014 revenue of $13.4 million. Founded in 2007, the company is led by CEO Kevin Ortner.

9. Two Maids & a Mop

No. 782 Two Maids & a Mop provides residential house cleaning services in 17 locations, with a special emphasis on customer feedback, which the company uses to determine employee wages. Founded in 2003, Two Maids & a Mop has a three-year growth rate of 571 percent and 2014 revenue of $4.7 million. Its CEO is Ron Holt.

No. 490, HandyPro International, offers home improvement services through its 39 locations in 22 states. The seven-year old company, led by CEO Keith Paul, reeled in $2.1 million in 2014 revenue for a three-year growth rate of 941 percent.

A provider of boxing and kickboxing circuit training, No. 471, 9Round Franchising, booked $3.2 million in 2014 revenue for a three-year growth rate of 988 percent. Under the leadership of CEO Shannon Hudson, the company has opened 446 locations total in its seven-year history, and hopes to open 1,000 locations total by the end of 2018, according to a spokesperson.

Zippy Shell's three-year growth rate of 988 percent helped the moving and storage company land at No. 470 on this year's Inc. 5000. The eight-year-old company, led by CEO Rick Del Sontro, currently has more than 40 locations, and booked $7.4 million in revenue in 2014.
