Experience | The minimum financial requirements are a net worth of $1,000,000 and $350,000 in liquid assets. Nothing but Noodles seeks solid, experienced business individuals or partners who are interested in owning and operating their own restaurant business. Franchise owners are ideally hands-on individuals, experienced in full service or QSR restaurants, who take pride in building their own business and serving a quality product in their respective communities. If you do not have previous restaurant experience, we will require you to join with an operating partner or hire an experienced manager that will own an equity portion of the business entity. Total commitment is critical to achieving and maintaining successful restaurants in our system. | You and/or a business partner(s) must have at least two years restaurant owner/operator experience. You and/or a business partner(s) must have a net worth of $500 thousand per unit, and available liquid capital of $200 thousand per unit, or more, (net worth of $1.5 million per unit, and available liquid capital of $500 thousand per unit, or more, outside of the U.S.), in order to qualify for development of up to five units. Development of six units or more will be considered on a case by case basis, pending your net worth and available liquid capital. |
