The NYPD Pizza Metro Unit franchise offers take-out and delivery that is geared toward those busy individuals who want to get in, get out and have a great Italian meal in minutes. The Metro Unit is approximately 1,000 square feet in. The franchise offers a lower investment and lower operating costs for those individuals who want one unit or multiples.
The NYPD Pizza Precinct Unit franchise is a full service restaurant for those individuals that want to sit down, relax, enjoy the ambiance, and have a glass of wine or beer with an incredible Italian fare. The Precinct Unit franchise is approximately 1800 to 2600 square feet in size and can seat up to approximately 50 to 90 customers. As well in the Precinct, you may have either a full bar area or game room for an additional fee.
