The facility includes classrooms and a fully operational Restaurant, providing trainees with intensive hands-on experience in the preparation of all Tim Hortons products. To-date, the industry has shown steady gains since the recession of 2009, with a growth rate well beyond that of the overall food market at 3.3% in 2015.
