    Every franchisee attends Structural Elements® start-up training in Hagerstown, MD. With over a decade of experience, our expert instructors will cover every aspect of owning, managing, and building a Structural Elements® business. Executed over two weeks at our headquarters, you will spend time in the classroom and in a Structural Elements® clinic, with real-world, on the job training.

    Selecting the right site and managing the build-out is critical to the success of your business. We will help you navigate each step of finding and building out your clinic in your exclusive territory.

    The Regional Developer develops, owns and operates multiple clinics within their respective territory. Each of these clinics is under agreement with a Clinic Franchisee, who owns and operates a physical clinic. Our Regional Develper agreement works well with developers who are seeking ownership of multiple clinics on a higher level. The Clinic Franchise establishes, owns and operates a physical, franchised clinic within a Regional Developer’s territory. Clinic Franchise owners lease prepared clinic rooms to Micro Franchisees - Clinic Franchises can also be Micro Franchisees. If you are looking to be more involved in the operations of a single clinic, our Clinic Franchise agreement offers the perfect opportunity. The Micro Franchise, a licensed therapist who can be a chiropractor, physical therapist, acupuncturist, osteopath physician or a massage therapist and has also been trained in the (se)® method, provides services to patients. If you are a wellness professional, our Micro Franchise agreement is a great place to start your (se)® journey.


    The Area Representative, also known as the Master Therapist, is a Micro Franchisee that is responsible for sourcing and training other Micro Franchisees in the (se)® methods and maintaining quality standards within an entire region. Our Area Representative agreement offers the chance to share your knowledge of (se)® with other therapists who are seeking the future of wellness. (se)® is proud to participate in the International Franchise Association’s VetFran program and offers qualified veterans a 10% discount off of the Initial Franchise Fee. We may require that candidates comply with certain terms and conditions to qualify for the discount. *Based on respective 2019 Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
