Franchisee candidates must meet certain qualifications to be considered for both single-unit and multi-unit franchise opportunities. In order to qualify for a single location, you will need a minimum net worth of $150,000 and liquid assets of $50,000. A good credit record / credit history is also required, evidenced by prompt payment of all financial obligations. Multi-unit candidates will be pre-qualified on an individual basis. Total Estimated Investment Range $66,000 to $146,000 The Initial Franchise Fee is $25,000. Franchisees pay royalties of 7% of gross sales, an advertising marketing fee of 2% of gross sales, and must purchase local advertising of at least $500 per month. Franchise candidates will be evaluated based on business abilities and experience, personal drive for success and financial strength. Most of the time, certified teachers will tutor your child twice per week for about 60 to 90 minutes of instruction per visit. We work with students individually or in small peer groups.
